Delivery charges inside Dhaka are 50 BDT for up to 2 pieces, 70 BDT for up to 6 pieces, and 100 BDT for up to 12 pieces. For deliveries outside Dhaka, charges are 90 BDT for up to 2 pieces, 110 BDT for up to 6 pieces, and 150 BDT for up to 12 pieces. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery times varying by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Orders can be canceled before dispatch, but not after.

Note Gear is not liable for damages or losses caused by improper handling of products post-delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of purchased products.
